ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាង វិទ្យាស្ថានសាន់រ៉ាយស៍ និង ធនាគារវីង គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការជំរុញ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗចំនួនបី៖

១. ឱកាសការងារ និងកម្មសិក្សា

កិច្ចសហការនេះនឹងផ្ដល់នូវ ឱកាសការងារ និង កម្មសិក្សា ដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់សិស្ស-និស្សិតវិទ្យាស្ថានសាន់រ៉ាយស៍ ដែលនឹងអាចទទួលបានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាក់ស្ដែង និងត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារការងារនាពេលអនាគត។

២. ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីអ្នកជំនាញ

ធនាគារវីងនឹងចូលរួម ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ ពីអ្នកជំនាញរបស់ខ្លួនតាមរយៈ កម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលា និង វគ្គចែករំលែក ផ្សេងៗ។ នេះនឹងផ្ដល់ចំណេះដឹងទូលំទូលាយអំពីឧស្សាហកម្មធនាគារ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់សិស្ស-និស្សិត។
